internet says 24/7 desk coverage. found doors locked when arrived at 6:30 pm to check in called number and was not called back left area then received call. outside door was not very solid felt unsafe to stay there. my safety was worth letting them keep the money for the room.

Thank you for your feedback. We have assistance manager on site 24/7. The office may not be open 24/7. There is motel number you can reach to us anytime. The motel has CCTV cameras. Some customers you cannot satisfy. Customer expects five star treatment in budget motel. Thank you for your time.

There are tripping hazards all around the property. The concrete is buckling around the facility. The property is very old and outdated, still uses keys to get into the rooms. There are people living at the hotel. Beware of Dog at the front corner room. Dog feces on the sidewalk on my walk to the office. Not going back.

Customer did not get refund for one night and this is his frustration. Customer booked for 4 nights. Due to his personal reasons, he checked out one day. He wanted a refund for one night. It is a loss of business since we cannot sell the particular room to anybody. Refund was not issued just because he decided to check out early.

I reserved two rooms and you confirmed them. When I got to the hotel they only had one room and no other availability. They showed me what you sent them and it only showed one room. So, I don't know who made the mistake. Luckily we found another hotel, but it was 20 miles further from the race track and we had to adjust our schedule make it work.

Customer reserved two rooms with two different names. When asked if there was any other name used for second room then he was arguing. It was busy weekend and motel management cannot go through all the booking names with customer. It was customer responsibility to inform the management that booking was made in two different names. It was sheer misunderstandings between customer and the management. Thank you

Pros: -Location close to food & shopping -Comfortable beds -Price -Did not see any signs of bugs/rodents Cons: -Old actual key lock froze -Cold room, very drafty -Minimal blankets, pillows, towels, etc... Ok no frills. I'd stay again.

Be aware. On my previous stay I dropped the key in the office key drop slot. They claimed they could not find in and charged me $10 via credit card. I had already booked this stay so did not cancel but will not book here again.

Overall a fair place to stay for a couple days. The room was clean and comfortable with all the basics needed including small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Furnishings basic. Take $10 off the price I would rate it higher. Still, a relative good deal. It isn't fancy by any means. Safe and sound, clean and comfy for me.

If you have any other choice don't stay here. Not clean, run-down, not worth the cost. I had drug users staying in the next room. They were there when I arrived and they were still there when I left (maybe long term). Not a safe place to be.
