The reservation through hoteles.com was troublesome since the host couldn’t access our details to give instructions but we had to contact them."

"El hotel está nuevo , está muy escondido , no tiene letrero es difícil de llegar , no tiene restaurante y el día que bar se supone que cierra a las 10 , peto desde las 8.30 que llegamos me comentaron que se fue el encargado , tienen convenio con la mansión el cual es bien caro te traen lo que pides pero sin cubiertos , , al personal , aunque amable , les falta capacitación !
