The apartment is great and very well located in Interlomas. The apartment is clean and very convenient if you have a car as they offer free parking and free valet service.

To start as we arrived in Mexico City I never received the checking information. Calling customer service was the worst, i finally got some one to answer all to be a person in Peru. The checkin instructions are not clear. Checking is on the 2nd floor. It was a group of 5 we were only given one key card to get inside. Everything from requesting additional entry door key cards has to be done with the app on Expedia Expedia couldn’t neithe get ahold of anyone as I did. The apartment had an electrical problem Some outlets would not work the washer was not working for the same reason I’m assuming. I reported the issues just about everyday of my trip I was on the phone reporting the inconveniences. They do not come in to clean or change towels or get the trash. I stated for 5 days imagine the issue. I requested towels again another ordeal I had to pay 25 dollars not pesos to get clean towels. The location is way to far from the center of the city with traffic is about 2 hours out counting that and the number of inconveniences it is not even worth 1 star. Poor poor customer service a person from Peru. When you called and finally got them to answer the poor customer service was extremely evident people lagging talking in the background where you couldn’t even understand what the person on the phone was saying. Just simply the worst. It looks nice on picture but not at all as what it is in all reality. Chairs in the dining room missing screws top of chairs falling off. That and more

El lobby se encuentra en el piso 2, por lo que hace confuso el check in ya que no existe ningún personal a tu llegada y tampoco hay alguien que te apoye para asistirte con el equipaje, así que eso deberían de mejorar; sobretodo cuando somos la primera vez que nos hospedamos en dicho lugar.
