Casa Decu has become our go-to hotel when visiting Mexico City. It has incredible charm, is very well-maintained, in a fantastic neighborhood and has a very friendly and professional staff. This is our fifth stay over the past few years and the consistency in presentation has been impressive…especially without any significant price increase as the Condesa neighborhood has become more exposed (and more expensive). We love the decor, the attention to detail and the rooftop cafe! Absolutely excellent experience all around!

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or restful night. Here is why: Incredibly Noisy: The noise levels here are awful. The walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything from the hallways and neighboring rooms, making it impossible to get any peace and quiet. Dirty Carpets: The carpets were visibly filthy and stained, giving the entire room a neglected and unhygienic feel. Awkward Bathroom: The bathroom layout was extremely cramped and uncomfortable to use. There was barely any room to move around, and the setup was poorly designed. Overall, it was a highly uncomfortable experience. There are much better, cleaner, and quieter options available for the price!

Excellent property in a really nice location with great access to what the city has to offer. The restaurants in the hotel were very good, and there are plenty of options within walking distance if you want to try something different. Don't miss the food at the Cabuya rooftop restaurant. The rooms were very well appointed and we go fantastic and friendly service. I would definitely return if I were to make another trip to CDMX. Thank you to Andaz for a memorable stay!
