Pet friendly, clean rooms

Loved this place. Peaceful, clean, decorated with love, very well equipped, super comfy bed.

Nice clean, tidy basic accommodation, not too far away from a Co op, couple of pubs and takeaways but set in some lovely peaceful countryside. Host was friendly and helpful too.

Good location, clean place.

Everything was perfect. Welcomed by Michelle and felt right at home. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay at the heart of the old city.

Pond view was the perfect location for my business stay in the area. Extremely well equipped and very comfortable. I certainly will check it’s availability for my next visit to the area.

Very nice place

Great place to stay, extremely clean, lovely lake for fishing, great hot tub.The lodge had everything needed for a lovely family break. Would love to stay again in the future. Highly recommend.

Rose cottage is in a lovely village and great value for money. We wondered if the shower room would be an issue after reading other reviews but it has now been completely refurbished to a good standard. The property is clean, comfortable and decorated attractively throughout. The parking spaces outside are limited but we left our car around the corner without any problem. We'd happily stay there again.

Clean, helpful host, shower does run hot and needs sorting properly

Located right in the bailgate. Great apartment, easy check in. Literally two minutes from the cathedral. Very relaxed apartment well furnished. I stay in Lincoln a lot and this is now my preferred place to stay. Host is located in the shop below so very easy to deal with if you have an issue (We didnt have any issues). Highly reccomended.

The hut was amazing & laid our really well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was a squished fly on the coffee table & it required dusting considerably. The bathroom was clean though. We didn't see a member of staff the whole time we were there (2 days) & to contact anyone was difficult too. The hot tub was very nice, but for the money paid I would expect a daily refill of wood. We had to buy quite a bit more to use it. Lastly, they have a carpark for all cars....

Amazing Property, Spotlessly clean, well equipped and very homely.

The sheperds hut was very clean and situated in a lovely setting the staff were friendly and helpful

Excellent well designed modern lodge in superb condition. Ensuite bedrooms, comfortably furnished lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. Peaceful, secure countryside setting. Would definitely recommend for a quiet restful holiday. Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham easily accessible form this location.

Great location for the castle and cathedral. Big hill to go down to the centre but Ubers are a cheap solution. Great stay would book again.
