A true masterpiece, based on the carefully planned reinvention of an old regional factory. An apartment that is an outstanding example of elegance and contemporary design. Spacious and impeccably designed, it offers a truly refined style. With three spacious suites, each with a private shower, comfort is guaranteed for all guests. The social area stands out with a living room, dining room and an open-space kitchen island. There is also a guest toilet and a separate laundry room for added convenience. The balconies add an extra touch of refinement. One of them stretches along the side of the Mercado dos Lavradores, offering captivating views of the city. This balcony is accessible from the master suite and the living room area, providing a pleasant environment in which to relax. The second balcony offers a small garden shared by two of the suites. Guests have access to a communal swimming pool on the rooftop, complete with sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun while contemplating the panoramic view of the city. Perfect location for exploring the city on foot (within a 5-15 minute walk of the cathedral, marina, CR7 Museum, Santa Catarina Park, Funchal Municipal Garden, Baltazar Dias Theatre, Electricity Museum), by car (parking nearby) and by public transport (bus stop right outside the building). There is a Pingo Doce supermarket in the Anadia Shopping center. Don't miss the experience of taking the cable car to Monte or the Botanical Garden. You can also walk to the starting point (5-7 minutes). You should also know that in the center of Funchal there are several tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.
