"The hotel and its surroundings were truly picturesque. The rooms were spotless, and while the restaurant offered a limited selection, the overall experience was pleasant. "8 adults and 1x 8 yr old family members stayed 26tb July.. Our roms were all comfortable and we got no noise from outside or in the corrudors. Elderly parents had a wet room bathroom which we had requested. Perfect! Food was delicious. Groupon deal included evening meal. Limited selection but we all enjoyed. Evening staff were v efficient and friendly. Breakfast was self service. A little impersonal... W"

Comfortable beds and a fantastic breakfast in a lovely dining room, brought my friends here and they loved the victorian feel and its grandeur. Good staff too. Keep up the good work imperial "

"Nice hotel, easy check-in and easy access to the beaches and other attraction areas with bus and tram, which the kids love, and a good environment to stay for a large family. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. We were so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. Our stay was perfect."

"We stopped here to have a night in blackpool as next day was golf captains trip to herons reach which was near by. Check in was slow as had to queue to check in and the queue was long. Had a couple of cheeky porettis before we could pick up our room keys which wasnt bad or badly priced. Room was clean with a sea view so no complaints at all about the room. I heard some of the other golfers went to their rooms and they hadnt been cleaned but received a free pint in compensation ! Overall a good experience "
