"I really enjoyed my stay here. My room felt spacious and very clean. I will say however it is a 20 minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station so if you have a lot of luggage like I did (2 Large Suitcases and a Backpacking bag) I'd recommend using a Taxi or their luggage services to avoid carrying all your luggage around. The staff was very polite and very helpful :)"

"Onsen on site and great buffet! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms were great and recommend if looking to stay in the area. There are not many food options close by but we stayed here after our day tour for Mt Fuji. Highly recommend."

"Clean, modern hotel near a shopping centre (good for a couple of dinner options as there is not too much nearby). Walking distance to the station, around 20 mins. Thankfully free breakfast as there wasn't much open locally early, also added bonus of a view of Mount Fuji while eating it. Free evening drinks which again was a great added extra "

"Wood floors in the hallways are beautiful but very noisy. We were on the first floor and constantly hear heavy walking on our floor and above at all hours. Many guests don’t honor the quiet hours. Around the bedside table was dirty and dusty should be cleaned regularly. It was nice to have a complementary breakfast but it needs more options. The bathroom was very tiny and awkward to even get in too. Staff ok, but not really friendly. "
