Excellent service and cleanliness, safety and parking. Caroline went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Very friendly, courteous and organised. Large room, big bed, safe and enjoyable.

Friendly staff, lovely settings and really nice meal in the restaurant

We really enjoyed our stay at the lion. Location to Bicester was perfect. Room was exactly what we booked . Dinner was excellent … that burger was first class & the crumble was awesome. Class venue .

Friendly staff, good food and peaceful atmosphere.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location but loads of things to do nearby from Oxford to Bicester Village and the Cotswolds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the food was the standout with great menu, quality and presentation. Would highly recommend

Stayed a couple of times now! Great place

Excellent. Thats all I can say really. The management & staff went above & beyond to help. Nothing was too much. They were friendly & we felt like 'part of the family'. The room (room 8) is quite well known locally as with its neighbour (no7) for it's mezzanine bathroom. It is open with no door so maybe a little off-putting for some but we soon got used to it. The food was varied & available in either the restaurant or bar. The bar was excellent & held a huge amount of gins for the gin-lovers....

We had a very nice experience and would recommend to friends and family.

Very nice stay

Great little spot, 100% recommend

Spent two enjoyable nights at the Falklands would definitely recommend it.

The bar is like how a proper village pub should be, with good local beers too.

We were warmly welcomed and well looked after during our 3 day stay. Couldn't have asked for more.

The bedroom was well equipped with everything that you might need. Comfortable bed and excellent facilities for making drinks in the room, the bathroom was equipped with quality products for showering and hand washing . Breakfast was superb with a wide choice of options. I extended my stay by a further night and dined in the restaurant. Taste and presentation complimented each other, the bar offers an extensive range of wines. beers, spirits drinks to please everyone. I will definitely be...
