Hidden Gem

Posted 15-Jul-2017
This B&B is one small block from the Main St shops and restaurants making it a great place for exploring Frisco and the surrounding mountains. We loved coming back in the early evenings to soak in the outdoor jacuzzi and then enjoy the wine and tasty appetizers they offer guests.

Hidden Gem off Main Street.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The happy hour was a delicious surprise. The Inn feels like a large home turned into a hotel. It was very welcoming. The breakfest was delicious and over the top. The ski/snowboard drying area was very useful and their DVD collection was fun. My friends and I were very impressed and after experiencing some of the other inns, we decided this will be our first choice when visiting the area.

Great inn close to town & multiple ski resorts

Posted 04-Apr-2017 on Hotels
Quiet hotel just a block of Main Street in Frisco, where there are lots of shops and restaurants for all tastes. Reminiscent of a European alpine inn. Nice fireplace in the sitting room. Breakfasts looked good (we left early for skiing so didn't partake) and the happy hour wine and cheese was nice. That was our dinner one night, followed by homemade ice cream from the Sweet Shop just a few blocks away. Service was outstanding with everyone asking how we were doing and could they do anything for us. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was quiet (204) and had a great view of the mountains nearby. A few signs of wear and tear, and dusty blinds in the bathroom, but other than that it was a great place to stay conveniently close to everything. Only about 10 minutes from Copper Mountain Resort. I would like to suggest to the owner that hooks be installed for hanging bathrobes by the outside hot tub. I did not see any. We highly recommend this as a great place to stay for a long weekend or a week away.

Pros: Great access to all winter activities. It was such a friendly comfortable environment.
Cons: Rooms could be a little quieter.
The hotel made every effort to provide a wonderful experience from greeting us when we arrived ..to wonderful food .. to happy hour.....and simple friendliness.
