"The property is located in a nice area, easily accessible. It does not offer a proper breakfast, but a dining space, coffee, tea, snacks, milk, bread and fruit. The hosts are really helpful. However, the price is quite high, although could not find better in Edinburgh."

"We didn’t really eat there but they were kind enough to fill our water bottles with ice each morning and night. Internet was fine. Loved having the train station, bus stop and restaurants steps from the front door - perfect location for us. We used the Lounge every night after our walk back from dinner. "

"Our stay at 3 John's Place was great. The Whalebone room was spacious and tidy, with a great view of the street and park. Amanda was super attentive and helpful via text and made our stay easy. She helped with an early check-in when we arrived earlier than expected and helped with storing our luggage on our depature day so we could explore more of the city before our flight. If/when we go back to Edinburgh we'll definitely look to book again!"
