We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been satisfied with the cleanliness of our room, the comfort of the bed, the shower's water pressure, and the overall maintenance of the hotel. We have also used the hotel's complimentary shuttle and each time it has worked well. Thank you!

Clean, convenient to the airport. Shuttle was great. The robot waitress thing in the restaurant was weird. While we had a laugh about it, it seemed ridiculous considering they had a server and only two tables.

Advertised 24 hour shuttle. Had to walk about 400 yards to get to it at end of airport and about 400 yards from where it stopped to the hotel entrance. Room was clean and functional. It was close to airport and there were some eating options within a half mile

Property was very clean, staff very friendly. Shuttle bus the only problem I had was going to the hotel from the airport make sure from terminal 1 go to the airport medical clinic and take the white bus. Isn’t located in the regular hotel shuttle pick up. Other wise room was clean, beds very comfortable, one night stay for early morning flight to USA. Fruit on the check in for quick snack, water to hydrate available. Will definitely stay again in the future

Excelent location near the airport, they have a shuttle every 15 minutes from the hotel to the airport and vice versa, and from the airport, you can take a lot of transportation We fully recommend it

I needed to book a one night stay while transiting through Frankfurt Airport. The hotel has a very convenient shuttle. The hotel room is simple but very clean and comfortable. There is a nice supermarket within walking distance. I did not use the restaurant.

I like the space in the 1 bedroom suite. Air condition was difficult to change the setting. Worst of all, the included shuttle was very inconvenient. It was a very long walk for old people both to go to the pickup point from T1 and the were not dropped off at the hotel front door. We had to push our luggage for a long distance. I don’t recommend this for anyone with a large luggage and tired after an overnight flight from North America or had trouble walking such distances. The shuttle should be better explained. We could have gotten a large uber for the 4 of us for 15 or 16 EUROS. We would have been much happier if we had known. Breakfast burger was good for 15 EUR pp.
