I have stayed here many times on business. The staff is very supportive the breakfast is great. This time, the room I was given had not been cleaned. The front desk attendant very quickly got me a new room so there was no problem.

I have stayed here many times on business. It is a once very nice and now decent place to stay in a wonderful location, at a good price and with a good breakfast. This time, unlike all the other times, I noticed that the room (especially the bathroom) were not as clean as usual.

I have stayed here twice. The hotel is aged, but nice. Bathrooms have been updated in most rooms and some other updates have been completed in recent years. Continental breakfast is good. Good if you have business in Frankfurt Bockenheim or Westend and are on a limited budget.

We stayed here during our visit to the Frankfurt Christmas markets and hotel was nice, very close to the city centre, supermarket round the corner and close to the tram. Breakfast buffet was simple and but did the job, fulfilling. Staff very quick to check us in, very friendly. I would recommend this hotel if going for the weekend
