Leider war unsere Erfahrung nicht so gut. Bei Ankunft war es draußen schon dunkel und wir dachten, dass die Drehtür automatisch geht, weil der push-Aufkleber nur sehr klein und halb abgelöst war. Wir haben auf die Nachtklingel gedrückt und dann hat die Mitarbeiterin sehr genervt darauf reagiert, dass wir nicht verstanden haben, dass es keine Automatik gibt. Das Zimmer war ok, für 4 Sterne kann man in Deutschland aber besseres bekommen. Am besten war die Dusche, guter Wasserdruck und warm genug. Die Toilette braucht dringende eine Entkalkung. Die gelb-braunen Ablagerungen sahen sehr unhygienisch aus. In der Dusche könnten die Fugen eine neue Silikonschicht vertragen, damit der schwarze Schimmel weg ist. Leider war nur ein Set Handtücher im Zimmer, obwohl wir für 2 Personen gebucht haben. Uns fiel es leider erst nach dem Umziehen auf und wir riefen an der Rezeption an mit der Bitte uns noch ein Set zu bringen zu lassen. Erst sollten wir es selbst abholen und schließlich wurde es dann doch hochgebracht, aber erst nach einer halben Stunde. Das Fenster ließ sich kaum öffnen, die Lärmisolation vom Straßenlärm war auch nicht so gut und die Klimaanlage hat nur schwach funktioniert. Pluspunkte: Bushaltestelle in die Innenstadt in der Nähe, Apotheke und Lidl direkt gegenüber. (Die Lage ist wegen der Umgebung und dem Klärwerk dennoch nicht so schön und nur 3 Sterne wert)

This Hotel needs some Attenion.. I have stayed in several NH Hotels.. This one was very Lack Luster… I Was a bit Disapointed… I will say the Staff was very very nice and helpful Ps. There was also Mold on the refrigorator.. . No Bueno

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis definitiv top, das Frühstück habe ich nicht benötigt, ebenso wenig einen Parkplatz, da ich am Straßenrand einen Platz gefunden habe. Gute Lage, direkt gegenüber ein großer Lidl, Das Zimmer war sauber und groß genug und auch in einem guten Zustand. Einen Abzug gibt es allerdings für die nicht genügend funktionierende Klimaanlage während meines Aufenthaltes, daher nur vier und nicht fünf Sterne

Anständiges Hotel ohne nennenswerte Atmosphäre. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus (10 o. 15€), nette Menschen an der Rezeption. Zimmer geräumig, aber kalt beim Betreten, da mit Klimaanlage geheizt. Alles anständig und sauber, aber nicht gemütlich. Kalter PVC-Fußboden. Für 150€ erwarte ich mehr Atmosphäre. Zimmertür mit Spalt unten, dadurch ist das Geschehen auf dem Gang deutlich zu hören.

Whenever I'm in Frankfurt I'm at the NH.

I am in and out of hotels a lot with my work and when I find a great hotel I stick with them and return multiple times when my work brings me back. The NH is that such hotel. Awesome location, easy parking, quiet, clean and great staff. The Lidl across the road is ideal for snacks and drinks and the Hey Jerrys sandwich shop next door is a must if you want a quick sandwich. All in all whenever I'm in Frankfurt I'm in the NH hotel as well.
