Sentralt - men midt i det verste området for narkotika - prostitusjon og gambling. Første morgen; ca 20 uteliggere/narkomane sov på fortauet utenfor hotellet. Flere satt sprøyter med heroin rett utenfor hotellet. Neste dag: Politiaksjon mot nabo-huset (Kasino).
