The beds are okay, but the room is not clean. There are stains everywhere, and the resident before me left their clothing and underwear in and above the dressing cabinet. The bathroom toilet seat isn’t clean either! The hotel reception smells really bad. The only good things are the price and the location, which is close to Messe Frankfurt. The staff is also polite.

Great service. Doorman was awesome and super welcoming. He even let me practice my German with him! If you need to stay for the night without breaking the bank this is the place. Also very clean!

Bad staff

Ok hotel for the price. BUT, the staff was terrible! When we arrived the guy at the reception said that we didn’t have a booking, and tried to make us pay more (since it was more expensive to book upon arrival) we took the fight and “suddenly” he found our booking printed right in front of him. He was creepy, don’t stay at this hotel if you’re traveling alone as a girl.

Nice hotel. Area not suitable for everyone

Nice hotel with very stylish design. The area is very loud at night and expect a police or ambulance to come back with a blaring siren once a night. Given it is right behind the station this is an advantage but also probably not suitable for everyone

The hotel was very noisy the main problem being doors banging all night.The hotel would benefit from soft closures on all doors.

The hotel is dirty, the room smells of cigarette smoke and mustiness. There is no fridge, no water, no tissues in the room. There’s absolutely no ventilation or air conditioning. I wrote several times before arrival about early check-in — no one responded, but upon arrival, I was charged an additional €15 for the room and had to wait 3 hours. If you have the option, do not choose this hotel!

I was given a room on the 4th floor, but there is no elevator, but they do not sya so in their intenet description. Nice location close to the train station, if one needs to spend a night in Frankfurt. Neighborhood is frequented mostly by immigrants.
