"The location of the hotel was very good. The hotel was a little bit old fashion but the room we stayed was in a section relatively new and clean. Overall the staff was polite and helpful except the lady we first met during the check-in. We asked for a quiet room as we have sent an request message via Expedia in advance but the lady said there was no any message received and all rooms were quite full already before check the computer. As we arrived before the check-in time we asked if we could leave the luggage in the reception, her first reply was "no" and then said only could do with small cases. For other questions she just simply replied "maybe", "don't know" or "I can't tell you"."
