"Lionel’s house suited us perfectly. Great, spacious living and kitchen area, with three doors to the outside, air conditioning in all rooms (which we did use in the evenings once the mosquitos came out and we had to shut windows), private secure courtyard with lovely plunge pool. We did find it a little under-provisioned - just three breakfast bowls, only four mugs etc. - but otherwise well-equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, drinks fridge, gas barbecue. "A beautiful and elegant house obviously much loved by owners. There are large rooms with high ceilings and good air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. It's in a great location for walking into the walled city and also convenient to the train station. There are good bakeries and a grocery within easy walking distance. The kitchen has been redone to modern standards, so it's great for breakfast and meals if you don't want to eat out. When we arrived, we had some issues caused by previous renters....

"Rustic rather than luxurious, great as a base. Pool was good and terrace nice to sit on for dinner, decent sized rooms, kitchen was adequate but could have done with a built in oven as we were unable to BBQ due to regional ban on fires. The toilet didn’t have a basin so had to walk to bathroom to wash hands, shower tiles were cracked and needed some work. The owners were lovely and took a lot of time to show us around the property when we arrived and to make sure we were comfortable, they lived...

Très bon contact avec l’hôte et sa famille. Les -: Le portail doit rester toujours fermé à clé et lorsque vous sortez vous devez chaque fois ouvrir les deux portes , passer la voiture ressortir et refermer le portail. When we arrived, we had an issue with one of the units anc it was fixed the next day. Lovely view from the terrace and the pool was perfect for us. Everything was just right"

"The house is wonderful and has everything required for a relaxing holiday. The air conditioning keeps the house at a sensible temperature, and provides a nice escape from the heat, when you're not in the pool which is a great size. The location is good as you can walk into the village in approximately 10-15 mins where you will find a Carrefour Express, a small Boulangerie, and a variety of cafes and restaurants. The house was too small for 4 but Rachel offered the other two companions other accommodations. We highly recommend the Maison for 2-3 adults max."
