"Room wasn’t clean at all. Lock was completely broken maintenance had to come and fix it and said it was unacceptable for the lock to be like this. Waitstaff took forever to serve us at the restaurant and everything was expensive. I swear the website showed parking was free a few months ago when I booked the hotel also thought I had one free breakfast. Room wasn’t very clean either, hair on the wall just didn’t feel clean."

Reporte esto a la propiedad a través del chat de mensajes privados de Expedia y no realizaron ninguna acción al respecto de resto todo estaba bien, Adicional es bastante protocolo para realizar el check-in porque no tienen un personal de recepción para hacer esto, todo se debe completar vía telefónica y por el chat de Expedia para enviar los ID y el código de la habitación lo suministran luego que comienza la estadía a las 4:00p.m. Y en ese proceso también se pierde algo de tiempo."
