You will have the entire place yourself. Our duplex home was recently renovated and it was designed to make you feel at home, this 1816 Sqft, modern design home, has everything you will need to have a pleasant stay either for vacation or work. The home has a private fenced backyard for our guests to enjoy, just a short drive to the nightlife, great restaurants, beaches, and more. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishware, and more. The living room and family room are great living areas for entertainment and socializing. The main bedroom features a king bed, dresser, smart TV and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has also a king size bed, luggage rack, dresser, smart TV and plenty of closet space as well. We also have 2 rollaway beds available if needed, each bed can be requested and the fee is $35 per bed. The backyard features a dipping pool (not heated and no jets), dining table, BBQ grill, and two lounge chairs. Things to keep in mind, our office designated area has a wireless printer and we do have a variety of children's items, like high chair, toys, pack n play, etc available upon request. \*Walking distance to restaurants \*10 miles from Fort Lauderdale Airport We're 0.6 miles away from Bayview park, a 6 acre park that offers: Athletic Fields (Lighted), Basketball (Full Court), Open Areas, Pavilion, Picnic Tables, Playground, Tennis Court and much more! Other things to note: This property is one of two on the same lot, as such it is very important that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors. Your security and that of the property are important to us so this property is monitored by surveillance cameras located on the exterior of the property only. In addition, it is equipped with noise detection devices. The noise detection devices are designed to alert us of noise level if it exceeds that of 75 db for over 10 minutes or more. NOTE: Pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items \*\* Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. \*\*Property is NOT pet friendly. \*\*Max occupancy at all times is 5\. My family stayed here for almost a week while we were bringing our son to do college move-in, in Ft Lauderdale. The layout of this VRBO is open, spacious and well thought out. Decor is lovely and the furniture is comfortable (beds and pillows are VERY comfortable). The home was thoughtfully stocked with items to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Also, and this is really important to me so I really appreciated it... IT WAS SO CLEAN! This is probably the cleanest vacation place we have ever stayed at. There is an Aldi about 5 mins away so we bought groceries and cooked many meals there (saving money and making our food-allergy issues easier). FYI, the number of things you need to provide for verification is more than other VRBO rentals we've stayed at, so at first I was a little hesitant, that it was legitimate, but rest assured, it's real and it was well worth it for such a nice place. This is the place for you! Okay we’ve stayed at many VRBOs all around the country. This is a 10 out of 5 stars. Period. Communication was awesome and I think we waited no longer than a minute for a response. It’s in a super quiet, private area with privacy fences in the back for extra privacy. The interior was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. A lot of attention was paid to every detail, even down to the beach chairs and beach towels we didn’t know we needed until we needed them. It was a little chilly, but the dipping pool was perfect for those of us who just want to cool off, not swim. We hung out at the beach and at Lauderdale by the Sea just down the street. Super fun area for everyone! We aren’t fancy, but we do have expectations. And this place exceeded every one of them. ##### James F. It's located in the Coral Ridge neighborhood one block from the Country Club. It's a very large space and was perfect for our group of two adult brothers & spouses. The pictures and the ad itself are 100% accurate. Everything was perfect. One thing to note - the registration/checkin process was much more involved than with other VRBO rentals. You will be sending lots of data to them so they can do background checks before they provide the codes to unlock the villa. I understand why they do it - it's a very nice property and it's South Florida. Just be prepared to provide lots more background than with most VRBO's. ##### Jim F. The home is clean with modern design and furniture. Very spacious! Pool access from both rooms which was great! The pool was covered so that debris didn’t fall in. This was very thoughtful since it can get dirty quickly. We were able to re-cover it when not in use. We walked into the house and was very surprised at the feel and design. Beds were super comfortable! That’s a plus after a night of dancing. Lol The master bath/shower is huge and the walk in closet a big plus. If I had to think of any complaints was that the rooms are right off of the living area. Since was only 4 of us, wasn’t a big deal at all.
