8/10 Good

"Room was very clean and good value for money. Only two small complaints, There is no drop off box for keys as the reception building is locked until 7.00. I so delayed my start by 40 mins. There isn't enough parking id the rooms are booked up. Overall it is great value, its clean, beds are comfortable and the staff are nice so if you're not needing to leave before 7 then recommended."

"Good place to stay. It is what I was expecting and the staff were great. I booked an included breakfast which was pretty good. We ate at the restaurant one night and good value and convenient. The property is quaint and not new...but with character and pretty well looked after. it was one of my favourite places to stay on our UK trip. The property could benefit from a few upgrades in terms of some landscaping around the mobile home next to the hotel (whI I think is part of the same proerty) and a canopy at the east end of the hotel to hide the view of the rubbish bins and other unsightly items from windows facing that way. Also, the hotel advertises air conditioning which I didn't see any evidence of in the room, so keep that in mind when considering this property. That said, the highland nights were cool (even during the heatwave that was happneing downs south in England at the time) and opeining the windows was plenty cool."

"Room was clean, bed comfy, nice surprise that the tv was in the bottom of the bed! Shower was a bit dirty round the door with gunk and the door didn’t close properly so ended up mopping a big puddle after use. For the quality and standard of the hotel I thought the shower would have been more upgraded than it was but that was the only thing and just my personal preference. Also our room was situated right above the kitchens we think so at 7am all the air con units fired up right outside our window, which wasn’t ideal. Apart from that it was excellent!!"
