Staff was great. Restaurant was good. Breakfast was more than ample. First floor entrance, and restaurants are very clean. Biggest complaints were that we booked this hotel as it was non-smoking, and people were smoking in their rooms and the staff could do nothing about. There was also an issue with the air conditioning and was told that some people were cold or that the air conditioning made too much noise, so they decided to shut it down every single evening. We were very hot every evening, but didn’t find out about this until we were leaving and complained. First floor needs renovation. Carpets are dirty in hall. Shower could’ve been scrubbed down better. Overall, it is a nice hotel.

Extreamly friendly service. They treated us very friendly from when we arrived. No wait at check-in. They even gave us a free upgrade to a suite, which was very nice. I would highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel, the shower was not working but it was fixed the next day; however, an excellent hotel should have everything essential functioning. The personnel is very nice and helpful (especially Federica).

Great stopover hotel
The hotel is about 2 kilometres from the centre of Forli behind a petrol station, the postcode is a bit vague! Otherwise the hotel is fantastic value for money with a good breakfast.

Good modern hotel 2 miles from town.
This was so close to a 4 star experience at a 2 star price. On a quiet road about 2 miles outside town The Grand Hotel was clean well equipped with good service and nice friendly staff. Only let down by some jobsworth who turned the aircon off because it was past 30 Sept. My room was so hot I slept in the bathroom one night. Why they dont just look out the window at the hot sun I really dont know. Anyway, to be fair with the aircon on in summer or the weather colder than 25 degrees after 30 Sept this would be a really good choice.

Lack of information to charge more money
We spent 10 days driving around Italy and stayed in several hotels. This was the only where I was not happy with the hotel policy and the staff. We checked in late at night and asked for a quite room as we wanted to stay in bed until late. At no point the girl in the reception mentioned that the check out time was at 10am. The day after the same girl was still at the reception. We said good morning to her while passing by the reception and going for breakfast. We acknowledged her again when we were going back to our room. She didn't said a word about the check out time. She called us at 10:10 to inform us that we overstayed and we will be charge 10 Euro. This was quite upsetting. It was not about the money but the lack of information. It seemed to have being done on purpose. She had plenty of occasions to inform us about this policy but preferred not to do it. We found this dishonest from their part

Big hotel near town with pool
Staff very friendly. Great buffet breakfast and good food in restaurant attached - Locals liked it so must be good. Spa has hot bubble pool, steam room and Sauna to use. As it was winter so the roof pool was closed. Great value for price. It is a new build so if your after lots of character look elsewhere.

Great stay over Christmas!
My partner and I used this hotel as it's close to my parents house. Great service, I needed extra pillows and they were delivered quick and when we tried to book massages the staff went out of their way to arrange it for us! Only little on the negative side, the duvet is a very thin thing from ikea that was left in the wardrobe without his cover and it took 2 days until they got it that we wanted it in the bed as it's December and it's cold! Also a thicker one would have helped!!

Very nice, modern hotel. Beautifully decorated throughout. Excellent for an overnight stay but impossible to find without a GPS as hotel not signed until you are almost there! Is on wrong side of town if you are using the Autostrada.

The hotel is good. Although it has some cons: located next to a gas station in the outskirts of Forli, nonsense of the paid entrance to the swimming pool (should be paid per person), the breakfast could be better for a 5-star hotel. The facility is well-maintained and clean. The equipment works flawlessly.

One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel over others was because it had a pool. On arrival we were told it was closed due to the weather being bad. It was 24 degrees! It remained closed for the 4 days we stayed. Really disappointing for my 6 year old.

The rooms were a great bargain. The location almost requires a car. Overall, I was very impressed. I made a special request for the type of bed and did not get my request. When I complained, the staff quickly fixed the problem. There was a strange vacuum type sound coming out of the wall, off and on all night.

This is beautiful, very modern hotel. With all the amenities you need for a traveller with free breakfast, parking and wi if, I can't ask for more at the very reasonable price we paid for. Highly recommended if you are staying in Forli.

Returning to the UK from Puglia this was as overnight stop only. We found a modern well appointed hotel with friendly helpful staff and excellent accommodation. We enjoyed a first class dinner and comprehensive breakfast and have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others in similar circumstances.

Struttura dall’arredo moderno a dieci minuti d’auto da Forlì, accoglienza cordiale, camera ampia e confortevole con frigobar (bottigliette d’acqua a disposizione ogni giorno), set per la preparazione di tè, caffè e infusi con biscotti, bagno di buone dimensioni ma con punti luce poco efficienti, letto comodo. Da sostituire il phon che non offre una potenza di asciugatura soddisfacente. Molto apprezzato lo spazio sul tetto con la piscina dove rilassarsi al caldissimo sole di una giornata di fine ottobre. Migliorabile la colazione, cappuccino e caffè acquosi, alcuni prodotti dolci esauriti non sono stati sostituiti. Da segnalare la mancanza di etichette informative sui prodotti da forno e l’assenza della lista degli allergeni. Mi sono rivolta a tal proposito alla cameriera addetta al bar ma non è stata in grado di darmi indicazioni riguardo gli ingredienti delle torte. Molto grave, anche perchè gli hotel hanno l’obbligo di esporre gli allergeni alimentari.
