"very nice house, quiet and clean. The staff is helpful and very friendly. A shower instead of the bathtub would have been perfect. I'd turn back there!"

"Rooms are fine but could use a bit of freshening. Our bed was comfortable and the location was quiet. The continental breakfast was a huge disappointment. Several things were not available and what was served was just okay. The front desk staff are superior and they were very helpful with any questions we asked. The location makes this hotel a wonderful choice but don’t expect great food."

"It was basic but it has everything we needed for the trip. We went to see family and celebrate my in-law birthday at the Canterburry bell last September 19th. It was a great celebration abd we are considering going back with the kids for the Christmas holidays."

"Excellent customer service the rooms were very clean the only let down was the breakfast poor quality napkins also fruit and continental breakfast was very poor the English breakfast was good quality and plentiful they just have to up the other options as for the star establishment it lets it down"

"Lovely big room. Family room. However the shower room was minuscule. Smallest en-suite I’ve ever seen. Toilet bowl could have done with a good clean. Room was lovely though"
