"Trinity Cottage was a pleasure. The cottage is like new and very well appointed and the location is convenient to anywhere you want to go in York. Jerry was easy to reach and responded very quickly to all our communications. Our train was late and we had a bad experience traveling to York. Jerry made reservations at an exceptional restaurant the night of our arrival so we could recover from our travel. "Really lovely apartment just outside the city walls. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Little extras including, sourdough bread, butter, preserves, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals, chocolate , wine and a treat from Betty's all made it feel really special and that you are very welcome. "The outside area was a jungle - dirty and not maintained. Bathrooms were tiny - you couldn’t bend over in the shower. Not very clean. Beds were very narrow and soft - felt like you were falling out of bed. Would not stay again and would not recommend. "
