Lamberti - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

  • Apartment located in a strategic position in the very central Via Lamberti , just a few steps from the Duomo and behind the Church of Orsanmichele .
    Located on the fourth floor of a typical Florentine building, the apartment features a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining area.
    It can accommodate up to two guests.
    Air conditioning is available only in the kitchen and in the corridor.
    The building has a small elevator.

    Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).

    The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 

    Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

    Service limitation:
    Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
    The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
    Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
    For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  

    As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
    To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature

Do not recommend staying here. Floors were sticky, seemingly not cleaned in a while. There was no shampoo nor hair dryer, quite poor considering it is 2026 and the price I paid was high relative to the quality of the room. I was given disposable packets of body wash, which wasn't enough. On arrival, I saw the cleaners walk in. I went up to the room 5 mins later. The cleaners said they had cleaned yet this was simply not possible in 5 mins and was quite worrying and to be honest not hygenic at all, as it is a big room with two bathrooms, meaning they simply did not clean properly not even clean bathrooms, as it would have been impossible to do so in such a short time frame. The key positive is the location is amazing, right in the centre and close to everything and the communication from the company was good. Would not stay again.

Amazing!!!!

This place was amazing all the way around I had no complaints whatsoever and would definitely come back again. It was clean, had all the necessary amenities, in the centre of everything and Alessandro who will set you up at the apartment was amazing!!!! He showed so much care and was very accommodating as was Francesca (Istay staff) they were very helpful and professional.
