The only thing that would have made it better is if there were an extra roll of toilet tissue. Very clean, hot showers, air conditioning and very quite area! Our host was very helpful with great communication and wifi was very strong. We ate at restaurant outside of apartment, delicious! A fantastic apartment in the heart of Florence. We were a family of 4, so having 2 bathrooms, a lovely courtyard, washing machine and excellent WiFi, were a bonus. The beds were very comfy and the air conditioning effective during our very hot few days. Diego was a fabulous host, easy check in and check out. He responded to our queries very quickly and also gave a helpful tip about how to book a taxi. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book this property for our next trip. ##### Edel S. It was perfect for our family of 4\. It was clean and exactly as pictured. The location was great. The only issue we had was the person cleaning the apartment was there until 6pm when we thought everything would be done by 4pm. The host allowed us to drop our bags a little early so we could walk around town but the cleaning took much longer than expected. Also, I would have loved extra towels for the bathroom since we were only given one each. But overall the stay was very nice and we would stay there again if we get the chance to return to Florence. ##### Amy M.
