Serragli Loft is a small but cozy apartment with a modern and sophisticated style that is located in the historic district of Santo Spirito in Florence. This modern apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful historic building in Via dei Serragli, a few steps from the Boboli Gardens and the Basilica of Santo Spirito.

Wonderful Place

Superb location - close to restaurants, train station, and Arvo River. Kitchen has all necessary items and tupperware for cooking. Extra duvets for beds, and the AC on both floors were super appreciated. Host was quick at replying.

More like a boutique hotel

Shared space had coffee, water, snacks and maps. Warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was large and very “user friendly.” Over 3 weeks, I stayed in 4 B&B’s. This one was best. Eat nearby, you’ll love it.

Beautiful loft close to downtown

Overall a very charming loft in center of Firenze, in a very charming neighborhood close to pubs and restaurants. We loved the loft we just thought it could benefit from a bit of maintenance. Apart from that the access to the flat and the logistics were on point. Big thanks to Madeleine for her professionalism and friendliness.

Charming but very basic

A charming property, but not up to standard. We liked it because it reminded us of our student accommodation. The bed was not very comfortable but we slept well. The shower and bath facilities are underwhelming (directly next to the kitchen sink) I wouldnt recommend the appartment to people less adventurous or older (Stairs to mezzanine where you sleep) There were not enough hangers (we stayed a whole month) and just a broken chair to sit on. However, the big pluses: location and the appartment is light. I would rent it again but for half the money.
