This hotel, located on the banks of river Arno is one of the best hotels I stayed at. It has all the modern amenities and yet has an old world charm about it. Exceptional staff and service! Rooms were spacious and made twice a day. Staff were courteous and helpful at all times. Breakfast was great. Easy to get around on foot as most places are within walking distance. Check in and check out were flawless. If I ever come back to Florence I will stay here.

Location is excellent but if you’re driving in that area it’s probably best to get a taxi as the parking garage is on the right side of a T junction one a one way road!! Room is comfortable but please check type of room as you book as we had a room with no views! Breakfast buffet is awesome. Would recommend the hotel as long as you are willing to pay the extra money for it

Lovely, elegant hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the river and the Ponte Vecchio. The location is perfect--a few minutes to the heart of the Florence. The staff is exceptionally attentive and kind. The concierge helped us so much with tickets and restaurant reservations! We will differently stay here again.
