Such a beautiful and clean hotel! Breakfast not nearly worth the price? It was very “continental” but the staff were super friendly and everything was lovely and clean!

Disappointed with room as we only had a third roll of toilet paper with no extra. Lights over bed and over sink in bathroom did not work. There was no shampoo in the bottle in the shower.

The room was very dusty. Not being cleaned right and wiped down. Phone as filthy and the train going by and the creaking floors was too much noise for us.

The history was great!!it was super comfortable and the staff even took the time to walk us through the property and show us some cool stuff!!! We stayed on the first floor by the spa and the only one weird thing we could say was that it has a bit of a musty scent but not enough to deter us from staying. Everything was super comfortable too!

I've stayed here before, and it's always a very pleasant experience. Only complaint is that dinner is a difficult proposition on Sunday. Recommend Hotel Florence very highly.

Nice and convenient to the Francis Marion University Performing Arts Center and local restaurants. Monica was very nice at check-in.

The old charm of the place is lovely. My room unfortunately overlooked the roof and all the exhaust units, so it was a bit noisy. It was a very cold night, the heating system couldn't keep up and there were no extra blankets in the closet.

I love these boutique hotels. It’s a cool trend these days. I think this one was an old hardware store a century ago. Decent steakhouse here too. I recommend it.

Very attentive staff who met every need. Hotel does not have parking, so be prepared to park in the city deck about 500 feet from the hotel.

I absolutely loved the location and the restaurant downstairs but the room was very small, had not been dusted in quite sometime, and it was very noisy around the room.

Ok for 1 night
The hotel was nice. We arrived on a Sunday so not much opened (including hotel restaurant). Breakfast was so/so. One night was all we needed and it was fine. We did ask for a refrig in our room and we were able to get one, so thank you to the staff.

Just off of I-95, this is the perfect place for a layover when on a road trip. With the restaurant and bar right there, there’s no need to leave once you arrive. The building is so unique too. Great place.
