    Great location, and the room/apt was huge. Just know it has 3 flights of stairs up to it, all good for us, but for someone with trouble maybe find somewhere with an elevator.

    Beautiful, well appointed and well located apartment. Alessio was really helpful and the map with food and drink recommendations was put to good use. The wine available to buy in the room is definitely worth a try too!

    We arrived after hours, but Marco provided us with excellent instructions with photos on how to enter the building and arrive at our room. One thing to note, there's no elevator (lift) on the property and the rooms are up three flights of stairs. Take your time on the stairs, especially with luggage. The room was great! Cleaned daily with fresh towels and the staff was polite and professional. Everything is within walking distance. Incredible sites, restaurants, shopping and the train station, which we used for a day trip to Verona. My wife and I loved Florence and felt safe everywhere we went. Highly recommend Canto Degli Scali for anyone traveling to Florence.

    Marco, Marco, Marco — he’s your guy! You won’t find a better host anywhere. His place and hospitality are truly unforgettable. We stayed in the Tower unit, and every detail showed how much care and love went into creating this space. You’ll be amazed at how far they’ve gone to make it feel like a true luxury 5-star experience.

    We had a wonderful time in Florence. Our accommodations were lovely. Close to everything. Only wish they had more comfortable chairs in living area. Only one couch and we were 4 people, two more soft chairs would have been perfect.

    Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence

    We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The host greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was spotless and had a kitchen and daily room service. The location was perfect - less than 6-minute walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was secure. We were on the 2nd floor and there were two flights of stairs (no lift) but the host assisted us with our luggage. There was no parking provided but the host was able to guide us at the time of the booking that there is a secure parking garage only minutes away from the apartment, which we booked independently (for 40 Euros a day). We parked our car there for the entire stay and explored Florence by foot/public transport for the two days were there. There was no iron in the room but the host was able to provide one upon request. The host was available to answer any queries at all times and was very welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay.

    We loved our stay! The place was perfect for our family of four. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the AC worked amazingly (we were in Florence with temperatures in upper 90s in fahrenheit). The location was convenient to various sites, restaurants, etc. In addition, there were thoughtful welcome boxes, and we loved how the place was decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

    There are 60 steps to get to the floor that these hotel rooms are on. Do not stay here if you have any limitations at all for physical activity. There is an additional flight of stairs to get to the bedroom and bathroom with two additional steps to the bathroom. It was hard to navigate at night. Ok if 20-45 yrs old and fit. No better options. Ruined my vacation!

    Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement : service de qualité supérieure pour cet appart’hotel (ménage quotidien, réapprovisionnement en café et thé de qualité , changement des draps en milieu de sejour) . A 5 mn à pieds du ponté Vecchio et pour autant une ruelle au calme de la foule. Hôte extrêmement agréable et serviable. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

    I would never stay anywhere else in Florence. The property is impeccable. Everything from the linens, the welcome treats, and the space in general exceeded our expectations.
