The room had a unique decor and the complementary mini bar was nice. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel was in a convenient location, walkable to the city center but far enough away from the noise of the city. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but the hotel is close to several cafes.

A beautiful historic waterfront hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. Giuseppe at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Watching the sunrise above Vesuvius was an experience of a lifetime. Drinks and dinner on the rooftop were very special as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

Property is very unique and one of a kind, likely what keeps people return the hotel. Has a gym, bar, cafe, pool table and internal move theater. Hell and heaven is quite the experience. I would give the hell side a try.

I was not aware of the hotel and room when I booked it. I stayed in the red room. I was shocked but it was in a good way. =) There were amenities but I was not able to use them. Everything was good. My only concern was the bedding/sheets. Bedsheets felt rough and itchy. Staff were friendly. I will stay again when I come back to Florence.

This hotel was absolutely amazing and beautiful! Perfect location and walkable to every where, including train station. The decor, the cleverness every corner, the rooms were gorgeous and super well equipped. We had the medium blanco. The restaurant is ran by a famous chef and butcher in Italy. Bonus it was in the hotel. Courtyard super cute for late afternoon cocktail. We would highly recommend!

This is a great hotel location for all the main attractions and only a 10 minute walk from the railway station if you are flying into Pisa. The hotel and rooms are brilliant, loved the heaven & hell theme. Some great touches by the hotel such as free drink at the bar, x2 free beers in the mini bar. The pool room is great as are the restaurants and courtyard garden. Highly recommend this hotel.

A comfortable and interestingly decorated hotel based on Dante’s Divine Comedy. There are white (heaven) and red (hell) rooms. They are pretty big and have separate shower and toilet which is convenient for couples. Air conditioning is quiet, and you can always open window or balcony. Rooms are facing two green yards, so it is very quiet. A nice, fun stay.

The front desk manager was absolutely amazing. She gave so many wonderful options for dining. I wanted to stay at a villa outside the city for a day, she recommended Villa Tolomei. I will definitely be staying at the same hotel my next time I am in Florence as the service was phenomenal, the staff was so assistive and nice, and the location is unrivaled.

Well located hotel within central Florence in easy reach of the airport and main train station. Our red garden room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel has nice spaces to relax with a large courtyard garden. We didn’t try the restaurant.
