"This accommodation is a great base to explore Chianti, this huge farm house surrounded by olive groves sits atop a small mountain and oozes history back to the medieval times and beyond. Our family of 6 were comfortable in the 5 bedroom house. All services are sufficient but it's very old which is what we loved about Montefolchi. There is no air con but a huge fire place and we had some unwelcome mosquitoes which host Simone said he'd take care of. This was our oasis to marvel at the sunsets...

"Der Wohn-/Küchenbereich unserer Wohnung ist sehr spartanisch. Die Möbel sind alt. Ein Stuhl war kaputt, stand aber trotzdem im Wohnzimmer. Ich hätte mich nicht einmal getraut, darauf zu sitzen. Die Küche war ebenfalls dürftig ausgestattet. Das Geschirr stammte aus verschiedenen Sets. Es gab zwar einen Backofen, aber keine Auflaufform. Ich war froh, mein eigenes Schälmesser dabei zu haben. "We change appartment to Primavera Fattoria in the other end of Varna. It was a great appartment and area. Can recomend it. If you are more than one family to stay this house is great. Many appartmants in the same house. It is rural so no traffic and the poolarea is surraounded by a fence."

"Herzlich empfangene super saubere Wohnung Schade, dass der Pool geschlossen war, aber angesichts der Temperatur verständlich. Achtung Dunstabzugshaube könnte einen neuen Filter gebrauchen und prüfen, ob die Pfannen ausgetauscht werden sollten, und wir konnten die Heizung nicht einschalten, aber das kann auch an uns liegen wir kommen gerne wieder hierher zurück."
