"Well located hotel near the train station, coach tours and Mirabell Gardens. An easy 10-12 min walk to the old town and river. Hotel is clean and well looked after. The rooms are modern and straightforward. The beds comfy and good bathrooms. It is quiet too. Excellent staff and a lovely and popular restaurant. Excellent schnitzel. A very good stay in a beautiful city."

"The room was spacious but quite warm due to no air conditioning. Air conditioning was only in the main lobby for the front staff. You had to keep windows open and people around were smoking on the balconies and the smoke would go right into our room. The shower drain cap was also broken/loose. On a positive note the breakfast was Excellent!"

"Every staff member we met at the front desk were friendly, helpful and for our benefit spoke English comfortably. Rooms are compact and that's was with an upgrade from our original booking but it seems to be a norm in Europe. Pretty reasonable walking distance to the 'old town'. We would consider staying here again."

"We stopped in Salzburg for one night on our trip to Vienna and wished we had stayed for two! The hotel was located walking distance from centre, Mozart residence and Mirabellplatz and gardens as well as the bridge across Salzach River to explore Old Town Town and Fortress. Our room was very spacious with amazing water pressure in the shower, ac, and a very comfortable king size bed. View was nice. Small treats on pillows and cool water bottle and fridge were appreciated. Staff at reception was very welcoming, friendly and super quick! We enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel if we are back in Salzburg ️again :)"
