"Had to shorten my stay one day and was told by hotels.com this property does not offer refunds and hotels.com was not any help. This was over a week before I was scheduled to arrive. In the end I just blew off both days and booked another stay somewhere else myself and ate the loss avoiding booking via hotels.com. The location was excellent just 5 minute walk to Mirabella Gardens which was main attraction wanted to see and easy walk to Old town. Overall great experience. "Firstly, the friendly staffer, Kimberly was great and got me checked in a little early. The room was clean and quiet. Really nice big bathroom, perfect location right outside the train station and I love the security of no night entry at night without a FOB room key and also the FOB is needed 24hrs for the elevator. Not that it’s a shady area or anything. Really good value as well. Spent 2 nights and was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend H+."
