We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. Ideally situated outside of San Francisco, plenty of amenities close by , there are many choices of restaurants in San Rafael , we used ferries and drove in to San Francisco, the parking is very expensive , this is why we chose the Marin lodge,

We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. No uncomfortable pestering (although I’d recommend using the do not disturb sign to avoid being woken by housekeeping). The location was excellent and walking everywhere was super simple. This hotel is lovely and well located. The hotel deco is very fun, spacious rooms, comfy bed, great service, decent breakfasts and the best thing is the wine reception which is a fantastic touch (this was our fav part of the stay!) The hotel is located 10min walk from Union Sq and the subway station. You’ll have a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby.

A great stay! We were at the end of a family round the world trip and this was a great way to finish. Excellent hotel facilities, staff and location.

The hotel was in the perfect location for the fisherman’s wharf and Pier 39 so great to just wander around and take in the sights. The hotel itself was top notch, lovely industrial decor, well kept and lots of lovely touches like a courtyard to sit in the sun, water machines, fresh tea and coffee and biscuits in the morning, lots of board games to play in the lobby and Aveda products in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking is expensive but we found a 24 hour parking...

Great location , staff and hotel

Excellent hotel in a great safe location. Fantastic for exploring the bay area. Large room and bed with plenty of pillows. Car parking was free which is a great bonus for SF. Staff(Damon) were friendly and helpful. Nice new microwave in the room which was great for quick meals.
