"Hotel is in good location, looks very normal and nothing fancy from outside, room is very modest but comfy. Size of the room is good. Breakfast is bery good experience. Fresh warm food, nice pastry, jogurt with fruits and nuts. Honestly did not expect that breakfast is much better than some of fhe much more expensive hotels. Service is very pleasant for the reception and for breakfast. It seems they really enjoy doing what they do and everything just works here! Also they have the blood sausage...

"Super clean & comfortable place to stay, with a well-equipped kitchen for everything you need to cook basic meals. The location is great, but is on the a main street with noisy trucks in the morning hours. No AC but not needed when I was there. Great and fast communication from the hosts too. "

Apartment is really well equipped with washing machine, drying closet, electric grill in the balcony and air conditioning which is rare in Finland. There was even apartment specific bicycles available. Vuokatti itself is a perfect destination for all possible outdoor activities. "Everything was awesome? That's lovely but isn’t helpful, right? The rooms were well appointed and trendy. The sort of thing that looks amazing if well-maintained. I look forward to many future stays at this property and hope that the natty design remains poopin fresh. As for the staff: hearts of goodness, each one of them. I'm sure they deal with all forms of kind to crazy. They were truly gracious hosts at each interaction. The bathroom is a dream. The entryway into my room was the size of many hotel rooms I've had in Japan. It made winter dressing and disrobing, a thankless sport, easier than what I experience at home. The open shelving and hanger situation is also a bit of genius allowing damp togs to dry and also allowing for visual organization and space to repack as items lose situational relevance during planned activities. I loved the desk window area, but spent no time using them because OUTSIDE was the reason to be in town. I hope to plan more downtime into my next stay so I can take advantage of the well-appointed room, comfy bed, and shiny digs near many fun social eateries and activities. A great small chain find. "
