"All staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom door handle fell off, and was fixed quickly. Bed was comfortable and cotbed all ready. Cannot comment on food/drink. We did not eat at the hotel."

"This hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment. Unfortunately the air conditioning was out of order for the bulk of my stay and a standing fan placed in the room instead. Carpet was very worn. It looked like the en suite may have already been refurbished but the shower was off bad design and leaked into the bathroom floor. Staff didn't engage when I returned each day (stayed five nights). Breakfast was excellent and the staff there very helpful. Great location to the seafront and Brighton Centre."
