Great Sea Side location; just 2 minutes walk to the Worthing Promenade and the sea front walk. Downtown Worthing is about 10-15 minutes walk. Couple of beautiful gardens are also in the area. An older hotel with high ceilinged room's that have been well maintained and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rather expensive for what's on offer but an overall pleasant experience
