"Our family (9 of us) took a trip from Delaware to NYC. We chose the Hyatt as it was close to Penn Station, and it was afforadable for all of us, as we had to get 3 rooms. The hotel is immaculate, the staff that helped us was very friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful and very eager to answer any questions and offer helps! We will definitely go back!"

From the maintenance and up keep of this historical building to the overall cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the front desk clerks (with the most NYC accents you've ever heard), it's clear they know what they are doing at this adorable hotel.
