"The chwck in process was tedious. We had to check-in in in a different property and had to cross the main road to go the other property where our rooms were allocated. There were no bath towels in the room neither did they offered complimentary coffee, tea and sugar sachets or drinking water. they left a container of laundry powder instead. I didn't like the location. Grab taxis dropped our booking a couple of times because it was difficult to find our pick-up point. The room smelled like...

"Checkin wasn’t great. Communication was good but they told us about an unexpected tourism tax just for staying there but we weren’t aware of the tax until we checked in. Wouldn’t have booked with them had we known about a tax. "

"We selected the Scapes Hotel for our 2D1N Genting Highlands trip. Our deluxe room was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. Having a car made it easy for us to get around and travel up and down the mountain."

"Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay."
