Wonderful stylish hotel just opened so very clean and fresh. My room was an apartment with kitchenette (I don't think there is a dining room), high quality spacious bathroom and very high speed WiFi. Staff pleasant, location central and good bar/cafe area. I wanted to stay longer and will definitely stay next time.

Just back from a lovely stay in these apartments, the location is perfect, right in the centre of Edinburgh but no noise. Walkable to pretty much all of the city, very helpful staff in reception. Lovely clean apartment with a nice comfy bed and tea/coffee facilities. Thanks

The apartment location was 10 mins walk from Waverley Station and fully met all my families needs. We were able to leave our luggage at the apartment building prior to check in and on check out for collection later. I experienced a minor issue with check in verification but this was quickly resolved by the Sonders representative.

Really good location, central to all the touristy things including the castle, the elephant house, Scottish museum and even holy rood palace. Plenty of nearby restaurants and pubs.

Beautiful modern apartment in popular area! Great furnishings and art. A real home from home. Can’t wait to return. Across from Augustine United Church and Nando’s, original address markers no longer open. Try Auld Jock’s Cafe for breakfast - turn right out main door. And Vittoria for dinner - left out of door. Grassmarket v near too. A bit noisy at night but the view of the Castle makes up for that.

The quality of the place exceeded my expectations - boutique aparthotel, arranged with great taste, immaculately clean. Everything was werking well - air con can be adjusted to any temperature you want, there are kitchen appliancec in the room: WM, DW, fridge, and even the tumble dryer, plus iron and ironing board. There is a gym at the lower grand floor - small, but all machines are new, and working well. Book with confidence-you wont be dissapointed!

Absolutely beautiful room and amenities, highly recommend.

Once inside, the apartment was quiet, comfortable and very well resourced. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable 3 night stay, including a supermarket next door. The welcome pack of cereals, bread, fresh juices, milk and biscuits were an added bonus. Great location, walking distance to all the sights and excellent local independent shops. You must go to Mary's Milk Bar in the Grassmarket and Lovecrumbs across the street

We booked a sling weekend (in the week) away to celebrate Christmas! This trip could not have been more perfect, amazing location, the hotel was just shy of being the best part of the holiday! sights are amazing with lots to do that we diddnt have time to for it all in

The room was spacious, with all the utilities we could need for both a short and extended stay. There’s the option to eat out for every meal as you’re so close to the Royal Mike, where all the tourists are, or to stay in and cook due to the kitchen being so well stocked with pans and cutlery etc. Due to its location, when the day was too hot or we’d used up too much energy it was very easy to just go back to our room for a couple of hours to recharge before going out again. Fantastic property in a lovely location, 2 minutes walk to the loch which has a really nice walking route around it. Only a minute drive to supermarket and loads of food options around for dinner / lunch etc. The breakfast included with the room was better than expected. Very pleased! Highly recommend.

Amazing Location - literally on the Royal Mile. The hotel is new, and everything was amazingly clean. Staff were really helpful and the price was extremely competitive. Nothing more to say - strikes 5 in every category.

We enjoyed our stay at KM apartments. Lovely location and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that our room was positioned directly above a loading bay, which unfortunately made a very loud noise/shook the room when deliveries were made, and woke us up for quite a while around 5/6am on the Sunday. However, we had no problems the next morning and we were only there 2 nights. Likely only an issue on weekends, and only for that room.
