This hotel is a gem. A quiet retreat with one foot in the Tuscan countryside and yet close enough to the beauty of Florence to almost touch. The shuttle gets you to centre of town in a matter where of minutes but the property is so nice you may not want to leave.

This hotel is lovely, the staff were very attentive & special thanks to Francesca on reception who looked after us from the moment we arrived. The hotel has beautiful views of Florence, quite breathtaking especially at night. A 10 minute walk to Fiesole centre with nice restaurants. We had a wonderful stay.

Location was perfect, staff was kind in helping reserve taxis or shuttle, food for a Michelin star restaurant was well below expectation for breakfast and dinner. Rooms were a bit tight and not setup for two people, more a solo traveler setup. Common areas and pool were very nice.

We had a great stay here,It is a beautiful setting, very clean room and comfy beds and great showers with supplies provided. The front desk staff Neddie was so great and helpful! We really appreciated his warm and helpful welcome. we were able to take free shuttle to Florence, but no availability for our return, Our taxi was 28 euro from city center. So be sure to reserve early both ways, van has limited spaces. Fabulous breakfast with a gorgeous view. The free parking was easy and so convenient and appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at FH55 in Fiesole!! Wow-what a spectacular view of Florence from the property which is up in the hills, NE from the city. Our room was beautiful and was well-stocked with anything we might need. But besides the view, our favorite feature was the breakfast they provided every morning. It was top-notch!! And there was a bus stop right by the property to take you into Florence. We cannot recommend more highly!

This place was amazing in everyway possible, Aurora at the front desk was fantastic. She made sure our every need was attended to. She explained everything. The entire team of staff were amazing! The shuttle service was easy to schedule and the drivers were prompt, friendly and safe. This place is outside of the city center but is exactly what you need after being in the city all day. The views, oh the views. This is one hotel we will definitely come back to! Worth every penny!!

The ideal location when you combine it with the free luxury shuttle service into town. It’s very professionally run although a little over priced. It’s smaller than it appears and the pool is very small. That said the room was a good size with a view of Florence . The little town up the hill using the local bus ( 2 or 3 minutes drive) was great for a drink or meal away from the crowds in Florence.
