From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...

"Lovely dog friendly cottage in a perfect location for us, just a minute's walk to the beach. Jon was the perfect host and his communication was excellent with us throughout the booking process, especially when we had to rebook due to flooding in the village.
