"My wife and I loved staying at Home Farm Cottage. It was lovely and clean and although small, was nice and cosy with sufficient space and facilities to comfortably accommodate two people. The views of the surrounding countryside was spectacular and added to a very relaxing stay to help recharge our batteries! "Overall great stay. Nice, quite and secure property. Lovely views after a long day at work, it was nice to unwind with a beer and look over the field watching the sun set every night. Huge comfy leather sofas. Was never bothered by the property owner, but any questions or problem was sorted right away. Hes a genuinly nice man.Would stay again. Couple things to note. Upstairs flooring and stairs very creaky.Could'nt use the oven and 3 hobs at the same time without tripping fuse board. Kitchen...

"A very comfortable cottage. Excellent enclosed garden if you have a dog and great walks within 200 yards of the cottage to the 'deeps' or beyond to at least two longer distance paths. Stamford is ten minutes away and if yoir visiting family in the area its a great base with good road links.We had our break at half term (February) the cottage is well heated with a log burning fire!....we bought extra logs from Morrisons in Stamford (about Â£8 a bag).Bob and Sarah provided a great welcome pack...

"A unique location, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. A few miles away from Cambridge city centre and a 10 minute's drive from Duxford airfield. I would have expected shampoo/shower gel though, but there's a Sainsbury's around the corner. Sadly, a breakfast option at the premises is not offered, but can be done at Coton Orchards not far away. Two great gastro-pubs nearby for dining. Very friendly staff, will definitely consider to return."

"The hotel was in a great location but parking at the local multi-storey was very expensive. The breakfast was lovely but our evening meal was very disappointing as there wasn’t much left on the menu. What we did have was very bland. The staff were very friendly and our room was lovely but did overlook people in the restaurant which was a bit invasive."

"All the staff had excellent customer service, especially the night manager lady.so friendly. Had a lovely stay,spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, the bathroom was also very well designed, with a large powerful shower. Breakfast was tasty and filling, as was the evening meal. Only 1 draw back is the £20 a day car charge,think that is unfair when you are staying in any hotel and spending alot of money on accommodation and food and drink,this should be waivered."

"Great hotel, let down slightly by only 4 teabags for a two night stay for 2 people. It did state in the hand book that we would be charged for extra tea and coffee . But the major let down was the food. It was terrible, so bad we had to ask for a full refund. Which was a shame because the surroundings were amazing"
