"Paid for 5 nights, stayed for 1. Host ignored multiple messages, phone number wouldn’t connect. Pillows and pullout mattress beyond unsanitary. Overpowering odour throughout property. Weirdly, there was attention to detail in some areas. Beautiful setting, well maintained garden, great location. Such wasted potential from an uncaring host. "A lovely base for walking and visiting places around Cambs. Fishing is the main reason people stay here but also provides a nice quiet place to relax. There could be more protection from the invasion of insects. Perhaps fly shields on windows."
