"Hotel 5 mins walk to metro station. Is next to the flyover but there was no traffic noise. I booked the hotel due to the convenience getting to and from Rayo Vallecano stadium and this worked well but it is also close to the main city by metro. I left my plug adapter at home by mistake and they were able to supply me with one. Rooms are compact but clean and the facilities are more than adequate. Can only be complimentary about my one night stay."

"Although i only stayed for 3 nights, the staff were so kind and accommodating. Especially the general manager whose name i forget, i think her name was essia. She guided me on what to see and enjoy in Madrid. Solo travelling is not easy because you have to figure everything out yourself, but she was amazing. The rooms were pristine but the bed was too hard, but i think thaat is a personal preference rather than a critiscm. This hotel is situated quite near bus stops and train stations which makes it easy to get around. "

"Apartment was well equipped. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and took up most of the available space. Breakfast was pretty much non-existent. Stale croissants and about 10 cornflakes! Some juice, milk, tea and coffee though. Area around the property isn't the best, but fairly quiet. Only a short walk to a metro station, which got you into the centre very quick. Probably around 25/30 mins from leaving the apartment and we were in the city centre. Would stay again - but change my expectations of breakfast!"

"I don’t have breakfast, Wi-Fi is good . The staff refuse to speak English; they claim that since you are in their country, you should speak Spanish—and that they will speak English only when they are in yours. This is something I heard personally from the lobby staff. Such an attitude is unprofessional and completely unacceptable."
