"Overall great stay for what we needed. Short walk to the falls, good breakfast, well working air conditioning. Price was great. The raise to $30 from $20 parking prior to my stay annoyed me, but would’ve paid that anywhere we stayed pretty much. Clean, comfy room! "

"My daughter and I went off-season. The property is only few minute distance from the fall. Very convenient. The parking was right in the back side. The room was very spacious. Very clean as well. Highly recommend this place. The only hiccup we had was breakfast. Only one person was handling many tables. I could see some folks were tired of waiting for their food. We ate elsewhere. "
