Really nice staff, pleasant room and fabulous breakfast.

Elevated to good by the friendly and helpful staff. Booking in worker, Lee, particularly pleasant and helpful. Clean, well staffed and reasonably priced. Recommend !

We received such a warm welcome at The Boars Head. It felt like everything in the room was really high spec. Loved that we had a stocked fridge (you had to pay for most items, though!) with free milk and a free dram each, too! A espresso machine with good choice of coffees and tea bags. The decor was beautiful, the shower was powerful. The toiletries smelt wonderful - always good to get conditioner supplied, too - A marker of a good quality hotel, in my opinion! We had dinner here and it was...

Check-in was slow and uninformative but every other aspect of our stay was fantastic

Beautiful place. I've stayed here a few times now and it never disappoints.

As stated nice and clean. Food and drink good. Staff excellent receptionist very helpful, courteous polite. Night Porter was so helpful too.

A one night visit to Perth was very well facilitated by the Sunbank House Hotel. Information sent to us in advance allowed us to plan our visit and thoroughly enjoy our stay. Location: on the Eastern bank of the Tay less than 15 minutes walk into the heart of Perth. There are 2 options - the path beside the Tay Viaduct or the roadway over South St bridge. Hospitality: outstanding from the moment we arrived and parked in the on-site spaces to the fantastic breakfast (best kipper in years!) We...

Arrived late but was attended to out of hours and the staff were helpful and nice throughout.

This a lovely welcoming home in a beautiful natural rural location. The bedroom (and the whole house) was very comfortable with antique furniture and a nice collection of antique nick nacks and art. The mattress on our bed was on the firm side which may not suit everybody. All in all it was a very nice change from the usual utilitarian spaces. The owner is very thoughtful and responsive, and the breakfast choices were healthy fresh and delicious.

Booked as a last minute shopping trip accommodation and what a pleasant surprise, hotel was lovely and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, we went for a special menu at night and had a fantastic meal , Will certainly go back

I was on a business trip and specifically booked the Townhouse on the back of the highly positive online reviews. I wasn't disappointed. From the perfectly-toned welcome from David onwards, I was thoroughly impressed. There are 5 rooms and I was staying in one of the smaller rooms at the top. It was lovely: extremely clean, well designed and furnished throughout, very comfortable bed and lots of extras, such as the fruit, shortbread, proper coffee etc. Breakfast was exceptional and, overall, the...

Enjoyed the golf experience. very friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent stay. Lovely farmland around the property. Easy to access lots or villages on the coast.

staff very friendly place is spotless

Where to start.. Upon arrival we were met with a big smile and our room was ready, and a lovely one at the front of the building which is part of the original coaching house, 4hrs later I had a freak accident on some steps (totally my fault not looking where I was going) I spent the next 4 nights in hospital with 2 broken ankles but these guy's couldn't do more. In-between picking my daughter up and bringing her back to the hospital with supplies and keeping in touch they then allocated a...

Lovely hotel and very central. Parking for 4 cars with a car park near by. Had a single room which was very comfortable and warm. Thanks all.

We had a lovely warm welcome and the room and amenities were fantastic. The food was good in the hotel, just a shame the bar wasn't open separately. However the room was really comfortable and clean with nice coffee!

Clean, modern accomodation. Comfy bed. Nice and quiet. Slept very well.
