"Because my flight got in super early the front end. Attendant was so kind and courteous sorry bad with names but he was a black young man on slinder side that was working around 8:30 am on the morning of the 16 th ( Father’s Day) I was exhausted and he understood the assignment thank you … also the conversation I was able to have concerning this matter was awesome kept everyone in understanding would visit again in heart beat great customer service all the way around!!!!!"

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel while I visited for a concert (about a 5 min walk to State Farm arena). I felt completely safe! I arrived 30 minutes before check in and my room was ready already so we were let in. This was great as it gave us a chance to start getting ready and dine out before our event. We got a voucher for a free adult beverage each for my husband and myself and we really enjoyed that prior to our event. Checkout is at 12 so we didn’t feel rushed to wake up early and slept in....
