We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The room was spacious which was a plus, but the bed was not as comfortable. The bathroom was too small and the toilet water had a very bad odor. Cumberland mall was very convenient, but too far from downtown. Overall, great stay.

I wish we originally booked a city view but overall it was nice . The only issue we had was the outdoor pool was closed due to rain and when my daughter used the microwave- it knocked the power out in the bathroom and bedroom . The staff couldn’t fix it so we packed up and moved to a room higher up on the 10th floor
